Fishing rocks with diving plugs both shallow and deep diving crankbaits on the rocks of the dam, I caught a mega huge catfish. We are bass fishing in the city with lunkertv today, but we ended up catching 5 different species of fish in the lake. Crappie, white bass, appaloosa or flathead catfish, as well as largemouth bass all were landed in the boat today. The appaloosa catfish is my PB for that species! However, they catch giants in rivers by noodling for them. The barometric pressure was dropping and the fish were feeding all over the lake. It was a good time to be on the water to catch a big fish, and we ended up landed some big bass fishing jigs and plugs around the rocks on the dam and rocky points.
