June 24th, 2017 — For my 74th fishing session of the year, my friend, my father, and I decided to hit the Barnegat Inlet for some saltwater shore fishing. The original goal of the day was to land a few Summer Flounder; however, the tide was really low and the water was really murky! Thus, I decided to make a little tutorial on rocky jetty fishing — a.k.a. “hole fishing.”

It is a good reminder to every multi-species angler that new Species may not always be “out there.” Sometimes, they are literally right under your feet, like the Bergall and Tautog in this video! Therefore, as a multi-species angler, always make sure to be open minded and try different techniques and locations at a same fishing spot. Feel them holes, folks!!!
